In April 2010 Half Acre became the first brewer in Chicago to can beer. Daisy Cutter, Gossamer, and Over Ale are the three aluminum pillars Half Acre stands on.

We firmly stand behind cans, as they are the best tool in allowing you to enjoy our beer the way we intended. Cans block light maintaining quality, encourage outdoor enjoyment and are infinitely recyclable.

We opt for the 16oz tallboy format, one full pint of freedom.
