Frozen Flower
Double India Pale AleFROZEN FLOWER lives in a mold nestled between West Coast & Hazy DIPA. We heavily hopped a simple pilsner malt base with NZ all-stars Nectaron, Riwaka + Nelson Sauvin for big pops of southern hemi nectarine & guava aromas. It pours dark gold with moderate haze & clean fluff that takes an extra beat to settle inside the glass. There’s also a touch of dank grassy funk that adds welcome bitterness, a dry finish & complexity on the palate.
