Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.

Items purchased online that are damaged in transit may be eligible for an exchange or, in some instances, a refund.

To initiate an exchange or a refund, email within 7 days of delivery with a photo and explanation of the damaged items. 

Personalized or customized products are not eligible for an exchange or refund, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. 

All Gift Card sales are final without exception.
