Tome

Tome is glowing again. The big soft, fruit-forward hazy that was bound in the house of pale ale. Zested orange, white-peach, and calm melon rise out of a fluffy malt base, finishing with familiar bitterness. Applying modern hopping techniques to this hazy recipe creates a pillowy soft mouthfeel, rounded out with guava and grape aromatics thanks to the synergy of Centennial, Citra, Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops.
