Isle of Sky

Giant fluffy clouds rise over mountains of flavor on the Isle of Sky. Through the pillows of foam, glowing IPA rolls out at 7%, all thick haze, juicy orange, and grapefruit under lush sunshine with a resinous pine streak piercing the tropical glow like needles in the mist. London 3 and a little thiolized yeast open the fruit up, ripe for the quadruple hop bill of Riwaka, Superdelic, Dolcita and Strata Cryo to drag it back through the trees.
