While we’re all sucking down podcasts, the hop industry continues to innovate at a rapid clip. In Fresh Frost, we worked with a new @yakimachief product called Cryo Fresh — freshly harvested hops that are frozen, and remain frozen until they enter the brewing process. The spirit of a harvest, wet-hopped beer chock-full of hop oil, but brewed any time throughout the year.
