Happy 2026. It’s best we ease in, so we bring you Echoes of Paradise, an island time stout for the early days of the new year. Our beefiest stout recipe found its way into Willett 4-year and Blanton’s barrels before a dip in some extra splashy Jamaican Rum barrels. In comes the Painkiller treatment with big hits of coconut, nutmeg and pineapple.

As soon as it tips over the edge of the can you’re charging drinks to the room in the mid-day sun. The sounds of lightly thrummed congas float through the air as first sips confirm this is big sail catamaran stout. A wild interplay of classic barrel aged stout run through the jungle of tropical rum cabana drinks. Whiskey Chocolate drizzled pineapple upside down rum cake with a coconut floater. It’s going to be a good year.
