New Autumn Menu
KITCHEN SERVICE WEDNESDAYS-SUNDAYS
Autumn presents a seasonal shift for our menu. The kitchen crew is preparing new dishes that take advantage of locally-grown ingredients & a diverse culinary palate.
The Hot Dog is topped with tamarind ketchup, crema & sprouts. Chopped parsnip & sports peppers lay underneath inside the house made milk bun.
The jumbo Saltine + Spanish Mackerel served in a tin is made with gingko, tarragon & chive.
The Oxtail Fritti blends parsnip, togorashi, soy sauce, dell & wonton on a plate of three.
Happy Tomatoes + Bread is chopped grape tomatoes with shisho & fennel oil, & pickled pearl onion served with house made French bread.
