HALLOW, our new year-round Double India Pale Ale. An extension in our gradient of majestic hoppy beers. Daisy Cutter, Tome, Bodem, and now, Hallow. You could line them all up in your fridge and service entirely different parts of your experiential pathway. Hallow is the result of many other beers and a testimonial to our entire brewery, which lifted this beer to life. All loft, super-soft malt bill. Nelson, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe = leap-from-the-can, fruit bowl aromatics. Modest Half Acre root driven bitterness all tied-up in an 8%, affordable 4-pack. This was our hope when rolling out a new core can at this level.
