In a lot of our beers, we utilize the fruit boost given by some of the English yeast strains, but the American ale yeast featured in Flatland will always rule the court in drinkability. Coming in at 7% ABV with Idaho 7 and Amarillo serving up melon, strawberry-pineapple jello, and handfuls of freshly plucked hop material. Brewed in the heritage of a West Coast IPA, with a little modernity from a small addition of wheat flakes, Flatland is perfect to beat down the sun this week.
