Houseplant Workshop 4/6

Attention all plant lovers! We’re teaming up with Chicago’s houseplant expert, Uncommon Plant Guy, for a hands-on workshop at Half Acre! You’ll learn how to create a stunning, moss-wrapped plant in the Japanese art of kokedama. Kokedama is the art of growing and displaying houseplants in a self-contained moss ball planter that can be hung or displayed on a decorative dish. For $75, every participant will choose their own high-quality plant, all moss and materials needed to create their kokedama, a detailed take-home guide for ongoing care, and leave with a hand-made and truly unique creation to add to their plant collection at home. 

A perfect way to unwind—bring your friends, plan a unique date, or just enjoy great drinks while creating something beautiful.
