Valley of Fate

We brewed Valley of Fate in collaboration with CLS Farms, a family-operated hop farm in the Yakima Valley that we’ve selected hops from for many years. This hazy pale ale features a new hop – YQH 1320. We started with Golden Promise and flaked wheat for malt richness and a pillowy body. The dry hop includes YQH 1320 plus Citra and Cashmere to sustain that ample haze you expect in your glass. Bright tropical aromas of sliced pineapple, pops of mango, and lime skittles whet your palate. Valley of Fate drinks easy at 5.5% with no lingering bitterness in a very dry finish.
