West Coast India Pale AleSLOW WINK is brewed in collaboration with the wonderfully talented Matts @fremontbrewing. So many Matts on both sides of this equation. We went hard after that classic, bitter, resinous, dank, dry, West Coast IPA. Double dry hopped with Talus, CTZ + Chinook to layer in grassy pine character & HBC 630 to counter with cantaloupe smoothie. On the pour, pine & grapefruit aromas drop you deep into the Pacific NW.
