Only Gold

Only Gold is born from our appreciation for a true Chicago original – @viennabeef. They’ve made the Chicago Style Hot Dog iconic. Sure, hot dogs exist other places, but not in a way that’s worthy of carrying a city’s namesake.

For this year’s Only Gold beer, we brewed a traditional Lager loosely based on the Dortmunder style. A clear, golden beauty with a fluffy, white head. Floral, grassy aromas play well with all the proper Chicago Style toppings on your dog. The beer is well balanced with sweet cereal & crisp biscuit malt flavors paid off with a spicy, bitter hop finish. A real ice cold classic.
