Today we offer KÖLSCH. The second of four classic styles we’re brewing this year as part of our Continental Series.

This is a challenging style to brew well. Lots of nuance and delicate features that test your mettle. Subtly sweet malt flavors riding a teeter-totter with the spicy trio of Saaz, Celeia & Saphir hops. Light bodied landing at 5% on the abv dial. Good, clean, easy drinking, sunshine shimmer in the glass. It’s the reason why beer gardens exist.
