Fern Room

Fern Room is a fully saturated Hazy Double IPA built around advanced hop products and a plush grain bill. Synergy Pilsner lays the foundation while red wheat, flaked oats and chit add softness and body. Citra Dynaboost and Idaho 7 charge the hot side, followed by Krush Hyperboost, Mosaic Cryo, Idaho 7 and Cashmere in the dry hop.

Sweet tropical fruit, pithy citrus and berry ride alongside resinous hop oils, giving the beer a dense, juicy character with a sturdy backbone. Big aroma, big flavor and built to hold up over time.
